This policy applies to Celestia Forge by Kairoi Co. OÜ.
We collect only the information necessary to process your enquiry or order. This includes your name, email address, and where relevant your shipping address. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider — we never store card details.
If you join our waitlist, we store your email address solely to notify you at launch. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
We use cookies for basic analytics and to remember your preferences. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

Effective 2026. Applies to all Celestia Forge orders.
You have the right to return standard (non-personalised) items within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.
Because chart jewelry and bespoke commissions are made specifically for you, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c). We do not accept returns on personalised pieces unless they are defective or do not match the agreed specification.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was agreed, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.
To request a return, contact us at [email protected]. We acknowledge all requests within 3 business days and process refunds within 14 days.
